By using EB, does it automatically make odd sizing of article thumbnail? Also, why does it make all the images blurry?

It seems that with standard posts (without EB), article thumbnails are all proportional and large images are clear.

Does that mean all images have to be regenerated after installing EB?

They have nice templates, but IMHO, it would be awesome if they also supported ED, & ES.
