The All New Forum
You may have noticed some changes in our forum. Let me introduce you to the all new forum that was released today. A big shout out to our developer team, who has been working hard on improving and perfecting our site. Well done team! ;)
With the updates on the forum, it comes with a neater and more organized layout. To create a ticket, key in all necessary details as shown in the images attached. So our technical support guys have the sufficient information to address and rectify your issues. :)
Customers have the option to post their inquiries privately or openly. Private tickets will only be visible to Stack Ideas support staffs.
*To post a private ticket, tick private ticket box, note that your private tickets will be shown in 'My Posts'.
To ensure that all customers are treated fairly and equally based on the plans that they have subscribed to, you can now set a priority for your ticket when needed. If you are only posting non critical questions, you could set it at a lower priority. This allows our moderators to know which are urgent critical issues that needs to be resolved first.
With the priority tickets in place, we have also restricted which priority level a user can choose when submitting a ticket. It is now categorized under the following
- Low Priority (Users with any subscription plan can set this priority level). We guarantee a response within 72 hours.
- Normal Priority (Users with any subscription plan can set this priority level). We guarantee a response within 64 hours
- High Priority (Users with Professional level subscription plan can set this priority level). We guarantee a response within 48 hours.
- Urgent Priority (Users with Unlimited level subscription plan can set this priority level). We guarantee a response within 24 hours.
