Payplans Backend dashboard shows following contents:-
Numeric Statistics of your site or in other words, Total sales of your membership site.
Information of Sales and Revenue in bar-chart format.
- Information of Active Subscription
- Information of Expired Subscription.
- Latest updates from Payplans.
Sales:Number of Membership(Subscription) sold in the Specified duration. When you hover on this, it will be changed and you get number of sales in current and previous month with it’s percent growth.
Revenue:How much you have earned from sales of Membership and Donation. When you hover on this you will get the Revenue of current and previous month with their percentage growth.
You can see latest updates from payplans on your dashboard at right side of your screen as shown in following diagram:
PayPlans Toolbar: PayPlans toolbar looks like:There is two button on the toolbar related to statistics of payplans:
Update: When you click on this button, Calculation of statistics starts for those days whose statistics are not calculated.
Rebuild Stats: When you click on this button, All already created statistics will be deleted and calculation of statistics done from the date of the very first subscription.
The whole process of Rebuilding Statistics will be done as follows:
Pop-Up will be shown for confirmation of rebuilding statistics:
When you click you on start, above explained process starts, and Pop-Up looks like:
Do not close this popup , this may do unwanted changes in your statistics.
After Calculating statistics a popup of rebuilding completed will be shown to you and the dashboard will be refreshed for fetching new statistics.

Solution : Please try commenting the below code in following file located at : site_root/components/com_payplans/libraries/event/dashboard_info.php near about line number 79.
