Subscription Approval app restricts automatic activation of subscription. This app can be used to restricts automatic activation of subscription.
Only Admin user(s) will be able to activate the subscription from back-end. Till then Subscription will be in hold status until, any Admin manually activates it. Admin can set different email-subject and different email-content which will be sent to the users and admin(s).
Steps to configure Subscription Approval app
Step 1 : Install Subscription Approval app from PayPlans AppStore and create app instance.
Step 2 : Subscription Approval app specific parameters in Parameters section are described as follows-
Admin Emails : Write the email id’s of admin users who should get the approval email. You can write multiple email id’s, separated by comma(“,”).
Email Subject of users : Enter the email-subject for users.
Email Content for users : Write the email-content for users.
Email Subject of Admins : Enter the email-subject for admin user(s).
Email Content for users : Write the email-content for admin user(s).
Tokens : If you want to use tokens then click on “View Tokens”. You can use these Tokens in Email subject and content.
Step 3 : Click on Save or Save & Close button to save app instance.
When you are using Subscription Approval App then it is advisable not to use "User Activation after payment" registration plugin. As it will make subscription status to hold and did not send activation link to user.
