The Helpdesk Component is an advanced support system with which you will be able to implement, manage and create a flexible customer support solution, efficient for both customers and support staff.

Steps to configure Imaqma Helpdesk Ticket app

Step 1 : Install Imaqma Helpdesk app from PayPlans AppStore and ** create app instance**.

Step 2 : App specific parameters in Parameters section are described as follows-

Create ticket in: Any Department: Ticket can be submitted on any category OR Specific Department: You can choose specific department(from already created department).
Number of Tickets: Number of ticket allowed to user to create in a department who have active subscription of attached plan.

Read Setup Instructions carefully before saving app instance.

Step 3 : Click on Save or Save & Close button to save app instance.
