URGENT - Stuck in the upgrade process

Hi There, I started right now the upgrade process of Easydiscuss to Version 4... everything was runing smooth but the process simply appear to be stuck at 10% for many minutes (Take a look to the attached image), so I tried to access the site and I got this error message:

What should I do?

Sorry to say that, but right now I need the fastest support possible because in the next few hours we have classes inside the site. Please.
