Upgrading Easyblog 3.9.17809 to 5.0.36 on Joomla 2.5.28

Hello,

I am currently using Easyblog 3.9.17809 with Joomla 2.5.28.
I am also currently developping a new release on my website on Joomla 3 but it take time !
I really need to upgrade my current release of Easyblog (3.9.17809) because i have bug attack.
Could you provide me the best way to upgrade ?
- Backuping et restoring existing posts / catégories / tag
- Backuping et restoring existing setup
