According to the ES changelog of ES 1.3.20 "Updated recaptcha to v2 which utilizes nocaptcha". 
I was excited to see this which is why I finally decided to try out the Recaptcha. Unfortunately as seen here it does not display. 
I configured the app to use the public and private key as expected. Is it not displaying due to the upgrade of Recaptcha versions? You are free to change out the keys to your own if that helps with testing.
