security token has been expired

Dear Support,
As you suggested, our ES is now working together with PayPlans from "readybites". The point is, that now all the time a blank screen appears; talking about an invalid security token! I've seen several similar topics about that same issue in your forum list, but somehow we're not able to read the discussions. So we have to ask you how to turn that security feature off, before our users are getting crazy by that?
