Profile Types for Multilingual Site

Hi There,

How can I setup the registration process to only show the profile types relevant for a specific language.

i.e. If someone views the german or french version of the site and wants to register, they will see all profile types for all languages, which may become a pretty long list. I only want them to see the profile types available in there language - is that possible and how?
