pre sales question, What we like can it be done?

The last time I have been working with Joomla was back in the 1.5 period due to personal reasons I stopped my website activities.
What i would like to know before buying the systems if it is possible to setup a share revenue system for a select group within the social users.

To explain, what we need.

Social combi blogging

General users
Special guest blog users
Special payed blog users

The special users group are famous horse riders, technicians, specialists
Like my self within the easy social community I have my own profile.

I write a blog post witch is free to read

I put in a streaming video witch can be watched based on pay per view (prefer week access).

I write a blog / training special witch is on pay per view / download ( week access).

To make it even more difficult but complete for us. It would be fantastic if the program can also track banner views / clicks and calculate a revenue share for that.

In the backend the component shows the revenue per user in the specific group on witch it can be selected as to pay out.
The payments by visitors can be based on fixed feed per item or maybe based on bought credits with can be used to buy access.

I hope i can get some inside information, hints and ideas where to start.

This system should be able to handle a 40K visitors per day directly at the start.
