I just noticed this the other day. When I look at my notifications of a photo or post i commented on when someone comments on it after me it says that i shared that photo. It should really say new comment on photo shared by xyz member not the person who commented on it. DOn't know if this is a know issue or just how the notification is written and should be revised?
