There is no scroll bar on the text input field in EasyDiscuss after installing the latest version.
Version: EASYDISCUSS 3.2.9248 - Joomla 3.1.5 - Chrome Browser
NOTE! I have pasted lots of text content into the input field, so to make sure while testing, post lots of content into the field.

When I grab the bottom window UI to move the text input field, there appears to be some issues with the way it works. The scrollbar shows, but things are not working properly as expected.
