Migrating Blog Post From Joomla 2.5 to 3.3

I have my site on Joomla 2.5. I have tried migrating it to Joomla 3.3 clean install. How can I migrate my Blogpost from my former site (2.5) to my new site (3.3) without doing it manually one by one?

Please advise.
