Language strings displayed instead of text

Hi,

Specifically under the /notifications section, I am noticing language strings instead of the actual text. I've tried replacing the language file with the latest one from 1.2.19 as well as clearing the cache, but no luck. Can you take a look? You can use the login information provided to login as me and look at my notifications. I've attached a screenshot here as well.
