Implement a modern mechanism of notifications

I think Komento should use a modern mechanism of notification about new comments (or other events like new likes, deleted or edited comments etc) without unnecessary ajax calls to the server (it doesn't serve to this case) and subsequent page refreshing that is bad in terms of perfomance (many queries) and user experience (need to refresh page, current updates are not instant, lack of other notification types (new likes etc)).
Mercure, Pusher and other libraries provide tools to push data to clients that perfectly fits this case.
