how can I display a list of available profile types as a method of navigation/sorting

Greetings support,

Since profile types equals categories of users or profiles, how can I display a list of available profile types as a method of navigation? I looked in modules and menu items and none of them seem to have the option to display profile types.

This seems to me like a basic function but it does not seem to exist in your component?

Please help!
