if I try to comment this reply

I get a popup error with the word "forbidden" or "not found"
If I try to post a reply I get an error inline message "you have to choose a title for your question" or the page just freezes
If I try to comment or reply with just the word "test"... it works
When I try to post the text I want I get these strange errors, the exact text I am trying to post is:
se sei qui > 4.2 - Meditazione guidata: “guardare la fiamma” (19 min.) , procedi semplicemente nell'ordine indicato dal corso
se sei già andato oltre ti suggerirei di focalizzarti negli esercizi di questo capitolo > "6 - Vedere l’energia sottile: 3 esercizi di percezione "
