EB5 Post with Word Seeing all Categories even those user does not have access to.

My client is wanting their teachers to be able to use Word to post to easy blog... Which works great... But I am noticing that Users that only have permissions to one category will see all categories when they connect using word... and can post to all of the categories. I have setup users, groups and categories like this:

UserA is in UserGroupA, UserGroupA is added to CategoryA in EB5 Category Permissions > Privacy Assigned Joomla User Group > Select category during blog creation / edit > UserGroupA


I have been told by support this is the best way to setup users to have access to their category only, but it does not seem to be the case, at least using word... Please see below for more details. This is a test site to replace the original that has the license attached to it
