I am in the process of creating a music website called GrooveRebel and I'm looking at possibly purchasing EasyBlog. I do have a couple of questions:-

1. Will EasyBlog go with my existing template - GrooveRebel
2. Does Easyblog allow registered users to post their own articles and if so does it stop users from posting spam articles?

    Thank you for your interest in EasyBlog. Please find my response to your inquiries below:


    1. Will EasyBlog go with my existing template - GrooveRebel

    EasyBlog was designed from the ground up to reduce as much template conflicts as possible. While we don't have the exact statistics of which template has conflicts / which template doesn't, generally it should work fine. Should there be any conflicts at all, you could post your issues on our forums and our designers would get them fixed


    2. Does Easyblog allow registered users to post their own articles and if so does it stop users from posting spam articles?

    It does allow registered users to post blog posts but by default they are disabled in the ACL. You can enable this if you want to but I strongly suggest that you only authorize trusted users by assigning them into the "Author" user group in Joomla
