EasyBlog Post Submission Restriction app features

Hello

I need to be able to limit what members have to buy this plan by user groups ACL (just registered members and not authors/editors)

Also would like that when a user want to upload a blog post they need to buy the subscription first before they get directed to the easyblog composer.

Currently, they have to fill out the EasyBlog composer then get asked if they want to purchase the package. Would be better the other way.

This would stop drafts being added to easyblog backend.
