Easy Social Registration Error

Hello

I am using easysocial 1.3.19 and i have these errors
1)
in easysocial when i select Languages and then click on Start contributing Today! it takes me to this page

and says "Oh No. That page dosn't exist"

2)
From General Settings --> Location --> Language code and then click on See available language codes. it takes me to

My selection is Settings --> Registration --> Mini Registration Mode --> quick

then when i go to https://nabuwat.org/login
and I select "Don't have an account --> Register your account today
I am taken to
https://nabuwat.org/community/registration/completed/1?userid=0
