Copying groups perhaps too fast(?), now getting 404s in any administrator option

Hello,

I was quickly copying a series of groups when suddenly the operation failed and I received a 404 error. Since then, any attempt to reach easysocial, in any way, on the administrator side yields a 404. I have a vague recollection that this will time out and solve itself, but I don't want to risk being wrong and not getting this ticket in the hopper. Please advise.

Upon further review, I cannot reach *any* administrator component in Joomla at the moment. I'd give you admin access but I can't create that account right now.
