Blog post in full view not resizing properly in Smarphone

Hello,

I am having a minor issue on my blog http://www.equipolr.es/blog when viewed from an iPhone or Smarphone device.

You will see that the page does not scale properly because of the facebook buttons text. This text is wider than the screen's size in Portrait mode and prevents easyblog from adopting the size of the phone.

Could you please help me with this?
