Add an attachment to subscription email

Hi All,
My customer is using easyblog on the site.
When an new subscription is entered, the customer wants to send out the subscription email with an attachment included.
So the new subscriber would receive a welcom email with a pdf file included as attachment.

How to change the mail template to add an attachment to the subscription email?
