notification e-mail and administrators

I have my multi-blog site integrated and working well. My customer loves it but we have one small problem. As the only super user I am the only person that gets an e-mail notification of a new blog created. Since the client has many bloggers most can not publish, there are Joomla designated administrators who have the function to moderate blogs and publish. They can log in and do their function, but they have to "guess" there may be blogs needing to be reviewed because they do not get e-mail notification.
I expected to be able to set who is a moderator and so gets notified, but cannot see this feature.
So my question is how can I expand the sending of new blog notifications to my pool of administrators?
