Hello. I have a few suggestion for Stackideas support forum:
1) RECENT POSTS – display category. So user can see is it EasySocial or some other component that he never had.
2) YOUR POSTS (My tickets) – the same. It would be great to display main category category ("EasySocial" for example).
Sometimes users like to monitor "what's new" but they can be interested only in EasySocial, for example. So some marks can help them to find it faster (without opening tickets about other components).
