Latest Blog Entries Module - retain ul list style?
-
Hello there.
I hope someone can help me with this it's driving me nuts!
Is there a way to get some list styling carried into the latest blog entries module? I have a client who gives a list of jobs to do every month and I've managed to retain the ul style in the main latest entries blog page but for the life of me I can't seem to pin it down for the module which is showing on her home page. All it shows is the 'list' as a full paragraph...

Hello Jules,
I am sorry for the delay of this reply. Sorry but when the entries are shown in the module, their html contents are actually stripped out to avoid any "unclosed" html codes when it is being truncate. The quickest way to fix this is to fix the content. When you write the blog post, split the content with a read more line break so that EasyBlog knows which part of the content is the intro or main text.

Hi Mark
Thanks for the response, my client wanted to retain control of the read more link on a per article basis so we're using the system read more rather than the easyblog intro text settings. She also just wanted a small teaser for the home page blog module, not as long as the intro lengths on the main blog page... writing an introductory paragraph for her lists will do it for now!

Hello Jules,
Ah, I see. Yes, the system read more would actually work. EasyBlog respects the built in read more functionality in Joomla where it will actually split the contents into it's respective parts where the first section would be in the intro and the second section would be the full content.
