When somebody open a ticket in your web the discuss has a ticket number, how can add numbers to my discussions??

There is no setting available to achieve this. You would have to customize the files. Perhaps you can try template overriding the file for the post entry page: JoomlaFolder/components/com_easydiscuss/themes/wireframe/post/default.php
