Hi guys, i need to import users from a csv file, found this in the docs: https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/users/importing-users-with-csv but on my end there is no import button under User, this is what i have:

Download Requests
Banned
Verification
Export

What am i missing?
Hello Pepe,

Apologies for that as we must have missed the version tag on the documentation. This feature is added into EasySocial 3.1 which isn't available yet. It is currently in RC and if you want to try this feature on a staging site, head over to https://stackideas.com/forums/easysocial-3-1-0-rc

P/S: The announcement regarding EasySocial 3.1 is available at https://stackideas.com/blog/easysocial31-is-now-beta

Ok meanwhile i've managed to import the users trough joomla, i've created new users group for them in joomla and new profile type in easysocial. Since there are 30.000 users and by default they go to the default easysocial profiletype, is there an quick way i can switch the users to the desired profile type? Now i can select 100 of them, hit Switch Profile and choose the new profile type but it will take me forever to switch 30.000.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, there are no others ways to achieve this currently unless you use 'Switch profile' options .

By using our importer(implemented on ES3.1 version), you can choose which profiles types you desired to choose with. Maybe you can try them out on your test/staging site by downloading them here https://stackideas.com/forums/easysocial-3-1-0-rc and see how it goes.

Thanks for your understanding.
