The Hikashop app is mainly for EasySocial stream and profile integration. If you are not utilizing these functions, you can disable the app.

Currently, we do not have any points integration with Hikashop.

However, you would need to purchase the app if you want to utilize other available integration like stream item generation, products in profile, and new products via story form.
