After installing the new ES update, all the settings i have done and language overrides set to default, why?

First,When i installed the new ES update, my ES settings reset to default, do i have to start all over again to do language overrides and all sort? in the future update, is this how its going to be happening?

Secondly, i want to purchase this two extensions, Mobile template and Docker, I hope this is discount on this once because i cant see any bundle where this two extensions are included

How are you making the changes? Are you modifying the core files? If you are, then you are doing it wrongly because those files would get replaced when you upgrade. You should follow the guides below on customizations,

As for the mobile template and docker, I am really sorry but we do not have discounts on these apps currently.
