hey gökhan,
if there's no language file at transifex then, as mark said, you have to manually create your own one.
for the blog / discuss app where you asked if these are different files: they are not different, by downloading them from transifex the name is changed to for_use.... by transifex. in order to use them on your site you have to manually rename them again back to the correct name so that the system can find it.

Yeah, we will most likely move these languages back to EasySocial's repository until we find a way to allow apps to pull language files as well in the future.

We actually moved the apps out of EasySocial's repository as we thought that it's better if the apps were separately downloaded from http://stackideas.com/apps . We didn't really thought about the language part yet. We're still deciding over this.

Oh Mark,

I'm not happy to hear that I spent big time to translate out of date files. I expect this should be an announced on Transifex or removed apps translation files.
I propose to create you individual apps translation projects under Transifex stackideas organization. So we can easily locate and translate them while you can pull the translations for each individual apps by updater code.
