It happens frequently and i have not been able to work out why as there does not seem to be any pattern to the issue, but sometimes users appear in the EasySocial Pending Approval area, even when theyare enabled and activated through the self-confirmation process.

Registration may be direct through PayPlans or through the Newsletter with AcyMailing.

I confirmed/removed a previous list of users in the pending area, but another two have appeared - I have not adjusted anything for either user, could you identify what is happening please?

If you look at the users list in EsySocial, 4 out of the last 5 registrations have not been completed through self-confirmation but two are in pending approval.

Currently, i am not really sure also where those users registers on your site currently. But from the looks of it, somehow, those users are registered from Joomla or other part of Easysocial as they do not filled in those required fields on Easysocial as you can see here https://take.ms/4EwGo. If they are using Easysocial, they should fill those field in in order to complete those registration.

I have checked your site and Easyblog and Easydiscuss does redirected correctly to Easysocial and i have no clue anymore how to register without being going to Easysocial. Maybe you can try to email them and ask how exactly they register their account with.

From there, we can further check this issues and maybe solve this issues once for all.

Hi Abdul, i think the problem may be coming from AcyMailing as PayPlans/ES/ED/EB all point to the subscription route with all required fields to be completed.

Anyone who registers through Facebook is not automatically subscribed to the newsletter and anyone who subscribes to the newsletter is not automatically linked all the time to register for an account and do not have to complete all the required fields.

The two users in pending came through AcyMailing by subscribing to the newsletter.

I will be switching to Acymailing 6 shortly so that may solve the issue as the coding for Acy6 is completely new and any integration problem with Acy5 may not be carried over.

If the issue is still there after the move to Acy6 i will check with their support.
