When creating a new post the Tags are not showing for selection

Upgraded to the latest version 3.9.15188 and now when creating a new post the tags that have been created do not show and so cannot be selected for the post. I have checked the Tags create function and all the tags previously created are still there.

On old posts, the tags added are also showing on the frontpage but not in the post edit function.

Can anyone shed some light on this ?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a Thaipusam public holiday for us here.
Could you mind provide us with a temporary access to your Joomla backend (as admin) and an FTP access so we can check that issue and see where the problem is coming from? Please advise.

Hi Alex,

Sorry but our IT will not provide that access. Can you provide some pointers to look for ... my guess it is a bug and not something on our end.
It was working fine until the upgrade to the new version.
Please let me know if you need any screenshots or the like.

Hello Tony,

You try to download my attachment file (view.html.php), then open this location folder and backup "view.html.php" file first.
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/views/blog/view.html.php
After that move this attachment file in this location folder and see how it goes.

Thanks, I found a backup of that file in the directory and reverted to that one. The problem now seems solved.

You're welcome, actually that was known issues in current version and i'm not sure that your issues is it regarding with this.
