Hi Chiam,
Thank you for your inquiry. Justin here, from Stack Ideas' marketing team. I apologize for this some sort of a "double post", I was inclined towards elaborating more on this issue. When we first launched Wanderers, the idea is to provide our users with a free template that comes as it is and does not have any support package. However, we've been receiving numerous support request for Wanderers since day one; ranging from minor bugs to customization inquiries/request.
The amount of support time that we've provided starts to take it's toll on us as time goes by, we are faced with an ultimate and inevitable decision; either we should drop Wanderers altogether and turn down all support requests, or we need to charge it in order to sustain our support team.
We opt for the latter as we do not want to leave our users hanging.
I hope my elaboration helps you to understand the reason behind the change of Wanderers' pricing plan. As for the support scope, just like my colleague, Yasser, have elaborated; support scope for Wanderers is the same as the support scope for our other components. The only difference is in the pricing plan; Wanderers does not have any renewals. With $45, you are entitled for support for as long as you want.
You can get more info on the support scope
here.
Let me know if you have any other inquiries.
