Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some insights about Joomla/Easysocial/Esayblog… caching options. I’ve research the forum for this but got confuse more than anything as none of the posts found were just about caching...

1. I know that much can be done server side, but I’m not a server administrator and my VPS is managed by the hosting company. I’d like to know what are the best options so I can verify with them if all are setup on my VPS.

2. What are the best options within what Joomla offer by default.

3. Should I use chaching or not?

Thanks in advance for you help.
Hello Aikigi,

I am sorry for the delayed response.

There are numbers of way to achieve the best cache result on your site. However it totally depends on how you configure the cache across all components and modules on your site. If somehow the configuration is not proper, the end result might be bad. Overall it is not wrong if you choose to cache your easyblog/easysocial components. Perhaps you can refer to the following reference to get the best idea on how to use default joomla cache on your site, https://www.ostraining.com/blog/joomla/cache/

Any idea or input by others is highly appreciated.
