Hi,
we doesn't receive the emails send to "admin", for example when a payment goes wrong and the customer have the possibility to send a message to the admin when returning from paypal.

I can't find any setting regarding admin email in your component - to what email is the message sent?

May i know which admin are your referring to? As from what i check on your site, it seems that some of them, this settings are disabled http://take.ms/FjWKI.

Maybe i have understand your wrongly, it would be best if you can provide us with more information and more details on your requirement above for better understanding.

We had several admin users, but they who shouldn't get any emails is set as disabled, but for example the admin that has the email johan.hammarstrom@ is enabled, but still doesn't get any emails?

As more information, for example, if someone chooses a subscription and goes to Paypal to pay, but couldn't pay, he is returned to our site with the possibility to send the admin an email. I have tried to do so, but I do not receive any email to johan.hammarstrom@tidningenkulturen.se.

Hi there,

I have tried to check them on your site. It seems that i got this emails http://take.ms/ZJCC5 from your mailserver. You need to check with your mailserver service provider regarding this and see how it goes. It might be this emails somehow no longer existed or maybe not valid, already included on your site.

Please advice.
