I see this Help link which talks about profile custom fields

What I want is a user profile to have certain custom fields but when I follow the path shown in the help file (> EasySocial > Profile Types > (Registered Users) > Custom Fields

I do not see a tab related to custom fields.

Is this tab now its own section called Custom Fields?

I want to create a unique profile pages for users I assume I go Custom Fields Select the user group and then add the fields I want from there?

When I create a workflow I do not need to add every field into the workflow but just add the ones I want. But when a user goes into their profile they will see all the user profile field that were created in the custom fields section?

Is there somewhere which describes best practice for custom fields and workflows?

Yes that is correct. Custom fields can now be configured in workflows. To use the workflow, select it in profile type configuration(http://take.ms/pETCX).

You can configure the visibility of each field in the workflow(http://take.ms/HRNag). If you are having any issues, perhaps you can provide examples on your site so I can check it out?

We do not have the latest documentation for workflow yet.
