Hi,
I have a user that is not able to login on my website,
after inspection, the account was created ok but the payplans invoice shows as 'pending payment'
In the authorize.net I can see the transaction under the 'ARB Subscription Detail' from 7/18

What is going on?

I've checked your site and found that the mentioned subscription is activated just now.

JFI, In the case of Authorize.net, the payment notification of a recurring subscription comes after 24 hours of payment to the notification URL you have set in your merchant account. The subscription is not activated instantly. There is an approx a 1-day delay between recurring profile creation and payment approval by authorize.net.So, they process the recurring payment notification at a particular time on the day that's why some delay.

Can you cross-check it again and let me know if you still have any queries.

Yes, it's from authorize.net. In recurring payment, they will authorize the payment after 24 hours as I described in an earlier reply.
