Hi,

Just wondering - is there a module that I can display on an Easysocial user profile that shows their Easyblog posts?

Best, David
Actually you can download this user blog app from https://stackideas.com/apps/item/5-blog then upload through your site backend > Easysocial > application then activate this and set to default app.

So user can able to view the user blog post from their profile page.

If you would like to adjust the profile header app menu which show first, you can modify this from backend > Easysocial > Users > profile type > edit your profile type > profile header

Thanks Arlex.

Sorry but I should be more specific. If I go and look at a user's profile, and they've posted a bunch of photos or other content, but they've also created an EB post or multiple posts, it would be useful to be able to see the EB post/s that user has created apart from their photo stream. As it stands, to view that user's EB post/s, you may need to scroll through many photos - most viewers simply wouldn't bother.

Easyblog has a Random Post Module that shows EB blog posts, along with a cover photo, a title and description. Is there a similar module, or way to configure this module, so it can be displayed on user Easysocial profiles and show EB post/s created by that user?

Hi there,

Thanks for those explanations You can use 'EasyBlog - Latest Blogs' module and assign them accordingly at this 'es-profile-sidebar-bottom' position.

You will need to choose this "Recent Posts by Current Logged In User" for your 'Module Type' settings as you can see here https://take.ms/nCJhR

Please give it a try and see how it goes

Thanks Warith, just added this module and as described, it shows latest blogs by the current logged in user - as in - me! However, I want to be able to see what EB posts the user I'm looking at has created, not my own EB posts. I think this would be a fairly popular module and would no doubt be useful to many of your users who have ES/EB bundles. Can you add an option to this module so it reflects this?

Hi there,

Sorry for the confusion. Prompted steps above are for current logged in users . Unfortunately, there are no such options available currently.

Having said that, it would best if you could submit your feature request regarding this simply by creating a new ticket on the forums, and set it to "Feature Request" so everyone else on the site could vote for it as well. The team will usually prioritize features that are in popular demand during the development process of the next major release.

Thanks for your understanding.
