Hello,

We've recently enabled the features that allows for GDPR compliance, but it would seem like there's an issue with the user data download request. A user requested a download for their data yesterday (one of our staff, for testing this feature), but it seems to be stuck.

We followed the guide from here:

Options have been activated, the cronjob is running/active, but it still shows up as "processing". 23 hours have now passed since the download request was created, but it still shows up as processing. I have even run the cronjob URL manually, but nothing seems to have helped.

Where can I find out what might be blocking this download request from finishing?

I have the same issue here. but in my case, after the process complete, the download button did not show.

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend, FTP access and database access or phpMyAdmin so we can check on the issue directly?

I shouldn't worry to much about it not generating the data as even when it does, the zip file shows as corrupt if you try and extract it in Windows! Hopefully there will be a bug fix version out very soon!!

What Itamar reported that issue already solved.

Perhaps you can start a new thread and provide us with your site backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check.
