We've recently enabled the features that allows for GDPR compliance, but it would seem like there's an issue with the user data download request. A user requested a download for their data yesterday (one of our staff, for testing this feature), but it seems to be stuck.
We followed the guide from here:

Options have been activated, the cronjob is running/active, but it still shows up as "processing". 23 hours have now passed since the download request was created, but it still shows up as processing. I have even run the cronjob URL manually, but nothing seems to have helped.
Where can I find out what might be blocking this download request from finishing?
