Upgrading my easy social version for the security patch

Hi,
I received your email saying there is a critical update required to prevent a security breach.
My Easysocial dashboard says:-
Great! EasySocial is up to date
Installed version: 1.4.8 Latest version:

However, you mention the latest version is 1.4.11. How do I upgrade this from the backend itself?

Hey Ian,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. If you are on 1.4.8, you will have to download the latest "launcher installer" from http://stackideas.com/dashboard as there are changes made on the launcher.

Once you have downloaded the launcher package, upload it via the Extensions Manager in Joomla. Proceed with the installation and you are good to go

Rest assured that your data will remain in tact.
