Error on New Registration

When new users attempt to create an account they receive the following error:

Could not verify that you are not a robot.

I do have reCaptcha plugin enabled for other sections of the site but it is not needed for registration as new users are required to confirm their account activation via email. I am unable to locate any captcha settings in the backend.

I suspect that error is coming from K2, can you take a look of our documentation here : https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/known-issues/unable-to-register

And try disable that "reCaptcha on registration form" from K2 setting and see how it goes?

Because I was unable to access your Joomla backend page, it seems like you have setup a specific URL only can access it.
