Upgrade on localhost URL lockout.

Hi guys and girls... late but, Happy new year...
I have a question I could not find a quick answer for in the forums.

Is it possible to ad the local host as an url who is permitted to upgrade the products?
I mean, I have a test/backup running on localhost in xammp. and getting of course the red warnings about site is not up to date and the provided url is not supported.

Hello Appie,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. What is the host name used to access the site? If it was accessed from http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1 you will be able to use the launcher installation method.

Alternatively, if you are using a different host, go ahead and download the full package. It'll work too!
