Got an email that my license expired.
Bought a renewal.

Went into the site and chose upgrade from within the component.

Option 1: Installation via the Network
Enter API Key...No idea. So I click on the "Retrieving your API key" link - 404 error

Option 2: Installation via Directory
I download the zip file
Put it in the indicated directory on the site:
"Initializing Database Failed
Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team."
I already help you updated to Easyblog latest version using latest launcher installer which download from https://stackideas.com/dashboard , can you give it a check is it everything work fine now?
