I am unable to install an update to EasyDiscuss using the full installer - its failing on the database step "Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team."

Any log files I can look at to see what is wrong?

If I try the networks installation I get "Your current domain is not listed in our list of supported domains and you will not be able to utilize the versioning services. Please enter your domain name in your license area to be able to utilize our services" despite having a valid license.

Please advise
Hi there,

It would be best if you can provide us with your backend and FTP access for further check on this issues. Please advice.

The site is commercially sensitive and I can't give backend access - are there any log messages that are generated during the install that I can look at?

Also why am I getting the domain not listed error when I see the same domain in my dashboard here. I've tried with and without the www. prefix with no change.

ok - I took matters into my own hands and extracted the installer package, unzipped it and went rooting inside.

I found the problem was a file called easydiscuss.installation in my server's tmp folder. I deleted this and then the installation worked fine.

During the installations, you can 'inspect elements' and check on the 'console' as you can see here http://take.ms/CpeI1f. It will shown you the error. You are required to 'inspect elements' once you install them on your site.

It should not be an issues if you are using launcher package and install them on your current registered site. And if you are using full package, it should not be any problems if you install on different site rather registered on your dashboard. It would be best if you can described us on how to replicate this for better check on this issues.

Please advice.
