For the Android phone + Chrome browser app :

1. load the new stream update - hold the finger and drag it down within the story form area.

2. refresh the page - hold the finger and drag it down on the header area.

For the iOS phone, it seems like the Safari browser app doesn't have this function to hold the finger and drag it down on the header area, only possible to do this on the Chrome browser app.

But the old new stream update still available when you hold the finger and drag it down within the story form area because it is the Easysocial built-in feature.

Today I accidentally made it on ES4 demo, but can’t do the same again. ??‍♂️

You need to scroll the page at the top until you can't scroll up, then you can able to do this.

You're welcome, I think you can make a user guide on how to use this social network system on your site while you can explain some of the hidden features like refresh the stream item without refresh the page directly.

Even users do not know this thing, the system also will show a "new updates from the feed" button if the system detects any new stream item created on the site.
