I've tried to access your site's backend URL but it's redirecting to the frontend URL.
Can you prove to me the correct backend access, so I'll help you to fix this issue.

For now, I've renamed plugins/sppagebuilder/payplans plugin, so no longer hit the error.

Nothing has changed, are you using sftp?

I have encountered the same issue, just the class that cannot be found is FH and not PP, please see the screenshot.
I would e grateful if you would share the steps how to fix this problem - I am unable to share connection to backend as I see only what is attached, cannot create a user or do anything. This is my development environment so I need to have also reproducible steps how to handle this problem when I try to update my live environment.

Thank you for updating us on this.

To fix this issue Go to your site folder and rename the below-mentioned plugins
root\plugins\system\payplans
root\plugins\system\foundry

Then find an attached installer and install it using the Joomla extension manager.

Update us if still issue persist.

Thanks, I managed to make it work - I just had to rename only the payplans, when I renamed foundry, I still had issues. But now - solved!
