Ah I got it now, it is the delete user functionality,where you're referring that the option was shows in desktop view, but not in mobile web template view isn't it?
I've replicate this issue locally seems it was shows in both desktop and mobile: http://take.ms/RtawE
By the way, seems like you are still using older version of Mobile Web Template

Thank you very much, I downloaded and install the latest version of the plugin, there is now the link to delete his account.

It seems that it is still the visuals of the old version.

(I added a link in the top menu to reach Cometchat and a link in the right menu to reach the list of users)
